I decided to look at hardware in Control Panel -> Mouse and I noticed that the Touch Pad Disabled, one click solved the problem and I unlocked my Touch-pad.

Suddenly appeared a problem with locked Touch Pad on my Toshiba Satellite P875-S7310 laptop. After many attempts at Google and YouTube in, any of the offered solution in my case it did not work (Fn + F5 or F6 or F1 or F9 nothing works)
I decided to look at hardware in Control Panel -> Mouse and I noticed that the Touch Pad Disabled, one click solved the problem and I unlocked my Touch-pad.
